  • $0 Seller Listing Fees
  • $0 Seller Sales Success Fee (With Buyers Premium Selected – Receive 100% of Final Sale Amount)
    • Buyers Premium is Default Setting for Gold & Platinum Listing Plans
    • Buyer pays the entire Sales Success Fee in the form of a Buyers Premium

  • Ninety (90) Day Listing Period (EXA specializes in Unique Listings that may take a longer time to market and sell, hence we offer longer Listing Periods to help you achieve the sale of Your Unique Listing)
  • Listing Feature Photo with initial Listing Submittal (uploaded by Seller on initial Listing creation)
    • Will be used as Initial Listing Feature Photo
    • Allows EXA to ascertain Listing’s Platform eligibility
    • May be changed upon Listing acceptance
  •  One Hundred (100) Total Photo Uploads – Seller may upload photos at any time during the Listing period via their Seller Dashboard
    • Use high quality photos
    • Platform allows up to 15 MB size per photo

Platinum Listing Plan

  • $99 Seller Listing Fee

Black Label Consignment Program

  • This is a Full Service Concierge Program for Special Listings that are valued at $100,000 or greater
  • The Black Label Consignment Program includes all aspects of the Gold and Platinum Listing Plans
  • Additionally:
    • The Black Label Consignment Program handles all aspects of the selling process including but not limited to:
      • Listing Development
      • Professional Photos (Includes Custom Photo Pro Professional Photography Services)
      • Professional Videos
      • Listing on EXA’s On-Line Platforms
      • Marketing the Listing on Partner Platforms (Ex: AutoTrader, Carfax, RacingJunk, Facebook, etc. as appropriate)

EXA offers Three Marketplace Options:
  • Option 1) Auctions
    • Reserve Auction (Listing will only sell if Highest Bid amount meets or exceeds set Reserve Price)
    • No-Reserve Auction (Listing will sell to highest Bidder regardless of Bid amount)
  • Option 2) Classifieds (Listing will sell to the first Bidder that pays the Buy Now Price or Seller may accept Bidder’s Make Offer Price)
  • Option 3) Hybrid (Auctions + Classifieds) (Listing will sell if Highest Bid amount meets or exceeds set Reserve Price or to the first Bidder that pays the Buy Now Price or Seller may accept Bidder’s Make Offer Price)
Marketplace Options Full Description:
  • Option 1) Auctions
  • Reserve Auction (Listing will only sell if Highest Bid amount meets or exceeds set Reserve Price)
    • Seller sets Floor Amount
      • Floor Amount will set Opening Bid Amount and Opening Offer Amount
      • An Initial Bid or Offer made below the Seller set Floor Amount will be accepted by the Platform, at which point the Floor Amount will reset to the Initial Bid or Offer placed, henceforth any Bids or Offers placed below the new reset Floor Amount will not be accepted by the Platform
      • Default setting is $0, recommend Seller sets Floor Amount at or below the wholesale value and below Reserve Price set for the Listing
      • A Floor Amount set too high may discourage Bids and Offers, Sellers should carefully consider the Floor Amount they set for the Listing
      • If Listing is accepted, EXA will work with Seller in setting a realistic Floor Amount
      • EXA reserves the right to refuse a Listing with an unrealistic Floor Amount
    • Seller sets Reserve Price
      • Reserve Price should be set to the lowest amount Seller is willing to accept for the Listing
      • If Listing is accepted, EXA will work with Seller in setting a realistic Reserve Price
      • EXA reserves the right to refuse a Listing with an unrealistic Reserve Price
      • Reserve Price may be adjusted by Seller during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard
        • Reserve Price may be adjusted higher or lower during Upcoming Period
        • Reserve Price may Only be adjusted Lower during Live Period
    • Upon Approval, Listing is scheduled for Auction and goes into Upcoming Period
      • Make Offer is active during Upcoming Period (Bidders may Make Offer to Seller and Seller may accept such Offer at Seller discretion)
      • Make Offer is inactive during Live Auction Period
      • Bidders may Bid on the Listing through the Incremental Bid Box or Proxy Bid Box during Live Auction Period
      • If Listing fails to sell during Live Auction Period, Listing will go back into Upcoming Period until the next scheduled Auction
    • Communication Management (All Communication between Bidders & Sellers is Managed & Monitored through the EXA Platform)
  • No-Reserve Auction (Listing will sell to highest Bidder regardless of Bid amount)
    • Seller sets Floor Amount
      • Floor Amount will set Opening Bid Amount and Opening Offer Amount

  • Option 2) Classifieds (Listing will sell to the first Bidder that pays the Buy Now Price or Seller may accept Bidder’s Make Offer Price)
    • Seller sets Floor Amount
      • Floor Amount will set Opening Offer Amount

      • Buy Now Price may Only be adjusted Lower by Seller during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard
    • Upon Approval, Listing goes Live immediately
      • Buy Now is active (Bidders may buy the Listing immediately at the Buy Now Price)
      • Make Offer is active (Bidders may Make Offer to Seller lower than Buy Now Price and Seller may accept such Offer at Seller discretion)
    • Communication Management (All Communication between Bidders & Sellers is Managed & Monitored through the EXA Platform)
  • Option 3) Hybrid (Auctions + Classifieds) (Listing will sell if Highest Bid amount meets or exceeds set Reserve Price or to the first Bidder that pays the Buy Now Price or Seller may accept Bidder’s Make Offer Price)
    • The best of both worlds, this option offers all the features of the Reserve Auction and Classifieds options in one package offering greater potential for a successful sales outcome
    • Seller sets Floor Amount
      • Floor Amount will set Opening Bid Amount and Opening Offer Amount
      • An Initial Bid or Offer made below the Seller set Floor Amount will be accepted by the Platform, at which point the Floor Amount will reset to the Initial Bid or Offer placed, henceforth any Bids or Offers placed below the new reset Floor Amount will not be accepted by the Platform
      • Default setting is $0, recommend Seller sets Floor Amount at or below the wholesale value and below Reserve Price set for the Listing
      • A Floor Amount set too high may discourage Bids and Offers, Sellers should carefully consider the Floor Amount they set for the Listing
      • If Listing is accepted, EXA will work with Seller in setting a realistic Floor Amount

    • Seller sets Reserve Price
      • Reserve Price should be set to the lowest amount Seller is willing to accept for the Listing
      • If Listing is accepted, EXA will work with Seller in setting a realistic Reserve Price
      • Exclusive reserves the right to refuse a Listing with an unrealistic Reserve Price
      • Reserve Price may Only be adjusted Lower by Seller during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard
    • Seller sets Buy Now Price
      • Recommend Seller sets Buy Now Price at or above the Reserve Price set for the Listing
      • If Listing is accepted, EXA will work with Seller in setting a realistic Buy Now Price
      • EXA reserves the right to refuse a Listing with an unrealistic Buy Now Price
      • Buy Now Price may Only be adjusted Lower by Seller during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard
    • Upon Approval, Listing goes Live into Classifieds immediately and is scheduled for the next Auction
      • Buy Now is active (Bidders may buy the Listing immediately at the Buy Now Price)
      • Make Offer is active (Bidders may Make Offer to Seller lower than Buy Now Price and Seller may accept such Offer at Seller discretion)
    • During Live Auction Period
      • Buy Now is inactive
      • Make Offer is inactive
      • Bidders may Bid on the Listing through the Incremental Bid Box or Proxy Bid Box during Live Auction Period
      • If Listing fails to sell during Live Auction Period, Listing will go back into Live Classifieds Period
    • Communication Management (All Communication between Bidders & Sellers is Managed & Monitored through the EXA Platform)
  • Seller may adjust the Listing (pricing, text, photos, videos, etc.) during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard (restrictions apply)
  • EXA specializes in Unique Listings that may take a longer time to market and sell, hence we offer longer Listing Periods (90 to 180 days) to help you achieve the sale of your Unique Listing
  • EXA offers different Auction Timeline Options and Run Frequency Options that the Seller can choose from during the Listing Creation Process (3 Day | 7 Day | Custom Auction Options)
  • 3 Day Auction Option (Default Setting)
    • Auctions Start every Tuesday at 00:00 UTC
    • Auctions End Three (3) Days later on Thursday at 23:59 UTC
    • Run Frequency: In the event the Auction ends and the Reserve Price has not been met (or no bids were received in a Reserve or No-Reserve Auction) Listing may be Re-Run at Auction as follows: (Listing remains Live on the Platform during Non-Auction periods for the remaining Listing Period with Bidders able to Make Offers through the Make Offer Button)
      • Weekly Auction – Run Frequency for the entire Listing Period (Default Setting for 3 Day Auction Option)
      • Bi-Weekly Auction – Run Frequency for the entire Listing Period
      • Once per Month Auction – Run Frequency for the entire Listing Period
      • One & Done Auction – Auction runs One Time with no Auction Re-Runs (Listing remains Live on the Platform for the remaining Listing Period with Bidders able to Make Offers through the Make Offer Button)
  • 7 Day Auction Option
    • Auctions Start every Tuesday at 00:00 UTC
    • Auctions End Seven (7) Days later on Monday at 23:59 UTC
    • Run Frequency: In the event the Auction ends and the Reserve Price has not been met (or no bids were received in a Reserve or No-Reserve Auction) Listing may be Re-Run at Auction as follows: (Listing remains Live on the Platform during Non-Auction periods for the remaining Listing Period with Bidders able to Make Offers through the Make Offer Button)
      • Bi-Weekly Auction – Run Frequency for the entire Listing Period (Default Setting for 7 Day Auction Option)
      • Once per Month Auction – Run Frequency for the entire Listing Period
      • One & Done Auction – Auction runs One Time with no Auction Re-Runs (Listing remains Live on the Platform for the remaining Listing Period with Bidders able to Make Offers through the Make Offer Button)
  • Custom Auction Option
    • Seller suggests Auction Start and Auction End Date and Time (EXA reserves the right to adjust the the Seller suggested Auction Start and Auction End Date and Time as necessary)
    • Custom Auctions run only One (1) time with No Auction Re-Runs
    • In the event the Auction ends and the Reserve Price has not been met (or no bids were received in a Reserve or No-Reserve Auction) Listing remains Live on the Platform for the remaining Listing Period with Bidders able to Make Offers through the Make Offer Button
  • Listings go to Upcoming Section on the Platform upon completion of Listing input and approval process for Reserve and No-Reserve Auctions
  • Listings go to Live Section on the Platform upon completion of Listing input and approval process for Classifieds and Hybrid Auctions
  • Seller may adjust the Listing (pricing, text, photos, videos, etc.) during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard (restrictions apply)
  • Communication Management (All Communication between Bidders & Sellers is Managed & Monitored through the EXA Platform)
  • Facilitation Services are offered by EXA to help facilitate and complete a smooth Sale/Purchase transaction between Buyer and Seller
Sales Success Fee Structure, Calculations and Percentages are set by EXA prior to the Listing going Live on the Platform
  • Applicable Sales Success Fee Option & Percentage for the Specific Listing is shown on the Listing Page of the Specific Listing

Seller Chooses Sales Success Fee Option During Listing Creation

  • Option 1) Buyers Premium – Buyer pays the entire Sales Success Fee in the form of a Buyers Premium
    • Seller Pays Nothing
    • Default Setting for Gold & Platinum Listing Programs
    • Seller may change at Seller discretion during Listing Creation Process
  • Option 2) Split Fees – Buyer and Seller Split the Sales Success Fee
    • Buyer pays 1/2 of Total Sales Success Fee in the form of a Buyers Premium
    • Seller pays 1/2 of Total Sales Success Fee in the form of a Sellers Premium
  • Option 3) Sellers Premium – Seller pays the entire Sales Success Fee in the form of a Sellers Premium
    • Buyer Pays Nothing
Sales Success Fee Structure, Calculations and Percentage Examples:
  • Sales Success Fee will be calculated on the Final Sale Amount of the Sold Listing based upon the Sales Success Fee Percentage Assigned to the Listing and displayed on the Listing page of the Specific Listing
    • Sales Success Fee Minimum
      • (Assigned Sales Success Fee Percentage X 10,000)
      • Example: If Sales Success Fee is set to 5%
        • Sales Success Fee Minimum would be $500
    • Sales Success Fee Maximum
      • (Assigned Sales Success Fee Percentage X 100,000)
      • Sales Success Fee is capped at this Value on Final Sale Amounts up to $1,000,000
      • Example: If Sales Success Fee is set to 5%
        • Sales Success Fee Maximum would be $5,000
    • Sales Success Fee for Listings Sold At or Above $1,000,000 Price Point
      • (Assigned Sales Success Fee Percentage / 10)
      • Example: If Sales Success Fee is set to 5%
        • Sales Success Fee would be 0.5% of Final Sale Amount for Listings Sold At or Above $1,000,000 Price Point
  • Examples (Assumes Sales Success Fee is set to 5%)
  • 5% Sales Success Fee (Capped at $5,000) on Final Sale Amount for Listings Sold Below $1,000,000 Price Point
    • Sales Success Fee Minimum $500

  • 0.5% Sales Success Fee on Final Sale Amount for Listings Sold At or Above $1,000,000 Price Point
    • Ex 1: Listing Sale Price = $1,000,000 | Sales Success Fee = $5,000 (0.5% Sales Success Fee)
    • Ex 2: Listing Sale Price = $1,500,000 | Sales Success Fee = $7,500 (0.5% Sales Success Fee)
  • Examples (Assumes Sales Success Fee is set to 4%)
  • 4% Sales Success Fee (Capped at $4,000) on Final Sale Amount for Listings Sold Below $1,000,000 Price Point
    • Sales Success Fee Minimum $400
    • Sales Success Fee Maximum $4,000 on Final Sale Amounts up to $1,000,000
    • Ex 1: Listing Sale Price = $3,000 | Sales Success Fee = $400 (Minimum Sales Success Fee)
    • Ex 2: Listing Sale Price = $50,000 | Sales Success Fee = $2,000 (4% Sales Success Fee)
    • Ex 3: Listing Sale Price = $100,000 | Sales Success Fee = $4,000 (4% Sales Success Fee)
    • Ex 4: Listing Sale Price = $500,000 | Sales Success Fee = $4,000 (Maximum Sales Success Fee)
  • 0.4% Sales Success Fee on Final Sale Amount for Listings Sold At or Above $1,000,000 Price Point
    • Ex 1: Listing Sale Price = $1,000,000 | Sales Success Fee = $4,000 (0.4% Sales Success Fee)
    • Ex 2: Listing Sale Price = $1,500,000 | Sales Success Fee = $6,000 (0.4% Sales Success Fee)
There are NO REFUNDS of Buyers Premium (if any paid by Buyer) or Sellers Premium (if any paid by Seller)

If you use the Exclusive Auctions (EXA) Platform in any way, including but not limited to: viewing Listings, posting a Listing, placing a Bid or utilizing EXA’s Website Platforms in any manner whatsoever, you agree to and are bound by the Terms & Conditions | Seller Agreement | Buyer Agreement | Accessibility Policy | Privacy Policy of the Platform, including the “How It Works” Section, Process & FAQ Pages and “Facilitation Services” Pages contained within the Website Platform

  • Listing Cancellation Policy
    • Seller may cancel Listing at any time, Except:
      • During Listing’s Live On-Line Auction Period(s)
      • During Classifieds Period(s) if there are Active Offers on the Listing
      • During Hybrid Auction Period(s) during Live On-Line Auction Period(s) or if there are Active Offers on the Listing
    • There is no refund of any Listing Fees paid (if any Listing Fees were assessed) if Seller cancels the Listing
    • Contact [email protected] to request cancellation of the Listing
  • Seller may adjust the Listing (pricing, text, photos, videos, etc.) during the Listing Period through Seller Dashboard (restrictions apply)
  • Communication Management (All Communication between Bidders & Sellers is Managed & Monitored through the EXA Platform)
  • During the Live Auction Periods and through the Buy Now / Make Offer buttons:
    • A Bid that meets or exceeds the Reserve Price set by the Seller or any Bid placed in a No-Reserve Auction, received during the Live Auction Period, will automatically win the Listing at Auction conclusion and Seller must follow through with the sale and deliver the Listing to the winning Bidder
    • A Bid that meets or exceeds the Buy Now Price set by the Seller, placed through the Buy Now or Make Offer buttons, will automatically win the Listing immediately upon successfully placing said Offer through the Platform and Seller must follow through with the sale and deliver the Listing to the winning Bidder
    • An Offer that is accepted by the Seller, placed through the Make Offer button, will automatically win the Listing upon Seller acceptance of said Offer and Seller must follow through with the sale and deliver the Listing to the winning Bidder
  • Buyers and Sellers shall not engage in any activity designed to complete or facilitate a transaction between the Buyer and Seller for the sale or purchase of a Listing outside of the EXA Platform during the contracted Listing Period Timeframe (Listing Period Timeframe includes: Scheduled Live Auction and Classified Periods as defined by the Listing Plan selected by the Seller at the time of Listing creation)
    • If the sale of a Listing is concluded outside of the Platform during the contracted Listing Period to a Buyer Registered on the Platform, EXA will charge the Seller’s Payment Account (charging the Seller credit card on file) the entire Sales Success Fee regardless of Sales Success Fee Option selected
      • For Reserve Auction – Seller will be charged the Sales Success Fee based upon the higher of: Reserve Price (as set by the Seller for the Listing) or Highest Bid placed on the Listing
      • For No Reserve Auction – Seller will be charged the Sales Success Fee based upon the higher of: Floor Amount (as set by the Seller for the Listing) or Highest Bid placed on the Listing
      • For Classifieds – Seller will be charged the Sales Success Fee based upon the higher of: Buy Now Price (as set by the Seller for the Listing) or Highest Offer placed on the Listing
      • For Hybrid – Seller will be charged the Sales Success Fee based upon the higher of: Reserve Price, Buy Now Price (both as set by the Seller for the Listing), Highest Bid or Highest Offer placed on the Listing
  • There are NO REFUNDS of Buyers Premium (if any paid by Buyer)
    • Exception 1: In the event that within Seven (7) Business Days (or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer, Seller and EXA) of notification to Buyer of Winning Bidder status, Buyer and/or Seller obtain a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection Report) or Buyer has requested and Seller has agreed to, an In-Person Inspection by Buyer or Buyer’s Agent, of the Listing and the PPI exposes major issues with the Listing that were Unknown to Seller, and Buyer and Seller cannot agree on a remedy to said issues, and/or Buyer chooses not to complete the transaction because of said issues:
      • EXA will return to Buyer an amount equal to any Buyers Premium (as defined herein) paid by Buyer minus any fees or administrative charges incurred by EXA to produce said refund
    • Exception 2: In the event that within Seven (7) Business Days (or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer, Seller and EXA) of notification to Buyer of Winning Bidder status, Buyer and/or Seller obtain a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection Report) or Buyer has requested and Seller has agreed to, an In-Person Inspection by Buyer or Buyer’s Agent, of the Listing and the PPI exposes major issues with the Listing that were Known to Seller or should have reasonably been Known by Seller, and said issues were Not Disclosed by Seller, and Buyer and Seller cannot agree on a remedy to said issues, and/or Buyer chooses not to complete the transaction because of said issues:
      • EXA will return to Buyer an amount equal to any Buyers Premium (as defined herein) paid by Buyer
      • Seller will be liable to EXA for any amount refunded to Buyer and any fees or administrative charges incurred by EXA to produce said refund
      • Seller will not be entitled to the return of any fee(s) paid by Seller on account of the sale
      • Seller will be charged the entire Sales Success Fee regardless of Sales Success Fee Option selected
      • Said amounts will be charged to the Seller’s Payment Account (charging the Seller credit card on file)
    • Exception 3: In the event that Seller fails to make a purchased Listing available for transfer to Buyer within Seventy Two (72) hours (or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer, Seller and EXA) of Buyers payment in full of the purchased Listing:
      • EXA will return to Buyer an amount equal to any Buyers Premium (as defined herein) paid by Buyer
      • Seller will be liable to EXA for any amount refunded to Buyer and any fees or administrative charges incurred by EXA to produce said refund
      • Seller will not be entitled to the return of any fee(s) paid by Seller on account of the sale
      • Seller will be charged the entire Sales Success Fee regardless of Sales Success Fee Option selected
      • Said amounts will be charged to the Seller’s Payment Account (charging the Seller credit card on file)
  • There are NO REFUNDS of Sellers Premium (if any paid by Seller)
    • Exception 1: In the event that within Seven (7) Business Days (or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer, Seller and EXA) of notification to Buyer of Winning Bidder status, Buyer and/or Seller obtain a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection Report) or Buyer has requested and Seller has agreed to, an In-Person Inspection by Buyer or Buyer’s Agent, of the Listing and the PPI exposes major issues with the Listing that were Unknown to Seller, and Buyer and Seller cannot agree on a remedy to said issues, and/or Buyer chooses not to complete the transaction because of said issues:
      • EXA will return to Seller an amount equal to any Sellers Premium (as defined herein) paid by Seller minus any fees or administrative charges incurred by EXA to produce said refund
    • Exception 2: In the event that within Seven (7) Business Days (or other agreed upon time-frame, as agreed between Buyer, Seller and EXA) of notification to Buyer of Winning Bidder status, Buyer fails to pay Seller in full for the Listing:
      • EXA will return to Seller an amount equal to any Sellers Premium (as defined herein) paid by Seller
      • Buyer will be liable to EXA for any amount refunded to Seller and any fees or administrative charges incurred by EXA to produce said refund
      • Buyer will not be entitled to the return of any fee(s) paid by Buyer on account of the sale
      • Buyer will be charged the entire Sales Success Fee regardless of Sales Success Fee Option selected
      • Said amounts will be charged to the Buyer’s Payment Account (charging the Buyer credit card on file)
  • EXA shall be the final arbitrator of any refunds or charges made to Buyer and/or Seller by EXA
  • ALL Listings are Sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” (All Listings offered for sale through EXCLUSIVE AUCTIONS (EXA) are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY FROM EXCLUSIVE AUCTIONS (EXA), EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY)
  • Any Warranties offered by the Seller for a particular Listing are “Offered Exclusively by the Seller and are the Seller’s responsibility for the validity of a particular warranty”
  • The content presented in each Listing is provided by the Seller placing the Listing
  • The content material, accuracy and representations made, are the sole responsibility of the Seller posting the Listing
  • EXA is not responsible for the content material, accuracy, representations or misrepresentations of any Listing posted on the platform
  • EXA reserves the right to review, edit, modify or refuse any Listing submitted for consideration
  • EXA does not provide Insurance of any kind on any posted Listings
    • Sellers are responsible to ensure proper insurance levels are maintained on their posted Listing until such time as Listing ownership has legally transferred to Buyer
    • Buyers are responsible to ensure proper insurance levels are in place on the purchased Listing at time of legal ownership transfer of the Listing
  • EXA is not responsible in any manner for any Third Party Services offered through the Platform (Ex: Photography Services, CarFax Reports, Pre-Purchase Inspections, Escrow Services,  DMV/Title/Reg Services, Transport/Shipping Services, Finance Services, etc.)
